Protected Marks
The Lithuanian law provides for registration of the following marks:
Sounds are regisrable provided they can be reproduced graphically. In principle, smells and taste are not excluded from registration, though as yet there has not been discovered an acceptable way of their graphic representation.

The law contains provisions for registration and protection of collective marks. Certification marks or marks of guarantee are protected as collective marks.

Well-known marks are protected even without registration, with regard to similar and dissimilar goods.
